Please contact by sending us an email to eli@rhakitas.com to insure your puppy is still available. Although we strive to update this site immediately following the sale of a pup, we sometimes get behind an hour or so.

Once you have been notified of the pup's availability, you have several options to send your payment to us. At eight weeks of age the puppy is old enough to ship by air. At six weeks - the puppy is old enough to pick up by it's new owner or be deliverd by ground by us.

Sending Payment for your Pup

Option One

Payment ONLINE using PayPal

This is our safest and preferred payment option.  Once we verify your pup is available for purchase, we will EMAIL you and invoice.  Simply click on the "PAY INVOICE" link at the bottom and follow the prompts to enter credit card info.  Its a simple and quick process.  This is a paypal invoice.  You do not need a paypal account to send your payment. 90% of payments to RH AKITAS are made using option one.

Option Two

CREDIT CARD

We gladly take Visa, MC, and Discover. Please call us with your information.  To pay with a credit card can also be done by emailed invoice as mentioned above.

Option Three

WESTERN UNION  (not the best way to send funds but still an option)

You can send your funds by WESTERN UNION . (RH Akitas no longer accepts Money Gram)At any Western Union location, you will be given a very short form to fill out.  Call us for the information you will need to send funds using this method.  NOTE:  this option is costly and is not the safest way to send funds. Please use caution and care when sending cash using this method.

Once you send your funds - just contact us and give us the Reference Number.

CHECK

We take checks ONLY if special arrangements have been made.  Must be sent using expedited delivery.

BANK WIRE TRANSFER

We will provide you with the required banking information for transfering your funds by bank wire.

 

 

 

 

PLACING DEPOSITS ON A PUP FROM A FUTURE LITTER

 

Rodriguez Hill Akitas gladly takes deposits for future pups. This is how it works.

 'PRIORITY CHOICE Plan'

We designate 4 puppies from each litter for the First Pick Choice. That is - we take deposits for 1st 2nd Pick male and 1st 2nd Pick females in each litter scheduled. When the preferred dam has a litter of pups we hold posting the litter to the public until all our Priority Choice Customers have selected their pup. Our first call is to the 1st in line for both male and female, then second then third. These six customers are given "Priority Choice" to the pups in the litter. Once the pups are selected by their new owners - we post the remaining to the public.

Process: We will always have a notice posted on our Home Page stating who is expecting and when. Also, on our Puppy Page - there is a listing of litters on the way and WHO - what female - is having the litter. Once you have decided which litter you would like a puppy from - you must contact us to verify what positions are available. We will then  email your invoice so you can secure your position with your deposit.  (deposits are 50% down) Its an easy process! By simply selecting "Pay Invoice" on your invoice, it prompts you to enter your credit card information.  (Please note: you do not need a paypal account to pay a paypal invoice) You press send and we get your deposit on our side immediatly. We also send you a reciept along with other docs showing what litter you are in line for and what priority position you hold. Your final payment for your new pup will be required at the time you make your choice from the litter. 

As Stated in our "Guarantee"
Should a litter/puppy not be produced - Priority Choice customer shall have their deposit transferred to another litter of their choice on the ground and or given 1st choice on the next litter available.  Buyer also also agrees to allow RH Akitas to first locate another premium quality puppy within their network of fellow breeders which meet RH Akitas’s breeding standards should a pup NOT be produced by noted dam and sire.. In the rare event that RH Akitas is not able to supply an akita puppy for the Buyer (after all options previously mentioned have been exhuasted) a Refund of the “Priority Choice” deposit will be refunded 6-7 weeks after request has been received.  Priority Choice refunds are not given for any reason other than a puppy not being available.  We do not give refunds if a certain color, pattern, size, or any other physical attribute is not present on puppies in the litter.  In all – we do all we can to make the buyer completely happy and proud owners of a premium quality AKC Akita puppy.

Opportunities in securing a future pups are minimal. The sooner you select your pup and place your deposit - the better!
