The Athlete of our group of Akitas. Kuki is sometimes thought to be part Cheetah!! She hurdles, leaps, and runs like no other canine we have ever seen before. Her hind legs are as muscular as those of a horse and she is the most difficult to photograph without her legs being blurry. In all seriousness, Kuki is a beautiful pinto female weighing in at 90 pounds. Her personality is all about happiness and excitement. Her daily releases on our property - are like a Six Flags show. We sit back and watch her run the property, leaping bushes, and bolting from 0 to 100 miles an hour within a millisecond. (seems that way at least) It is a beautiful sight! She also loves to hunt in the woods and radiates a joy of living. The most exciting of the bunch, our Kuki the Athlete is a true champ. Her favorite thing to do is well - move fast and leap like a gazelle. So, we have a cheetah, horse, and a gazelle living their lives through our wonderful and joyous Kamuri O No Kuki! Her conformation is superb and she's very fit! She has produced some excellent offspring some of which can be viewed below.
